Komikado Kensuke is often a cranky, sharp-tongued, cynical, wasteful legal representative who loves money, reputation, and women. He believes inside idea that "the winner is right, " and uses any means to maintain his perfect-win file. However, he gradually realizes that his notion of justice is wrong, and he begins for you to remember what it feels like to really fight. Mayuzumi Machiko is often a rookie lawyer who is excited about protecting the weak and it is constantly at odds along with her colleague Komikado.
