"Kagi no Kakatta Heya" will be based upon a novel by novelist Kishi Yusuke. Ohno plays an employee of an major security company who may have to unravel various incidents. The series falls below the "locked room" secret genre, in which crimes tend to be committed under seemingly not possible circumstances (such as within a room with no apparent way of escape). Ohno's character provides an obsession with grasping keys and locks, giving him a benefit in solving each suspense.
